SBU prison cells are overcrowded with Russian GRU (military intelligence) officers

“If you ask the head of the SBU Valentin Nalyvaychenko, he will confirm that SBU prison cells are overcrowded with separatists, including many current Russian GRU officers”, said Arsen Avakov, Minister of Interior Affairs, in his interview with Ukrainian TV channel ‘Inter’.

Responding to a question of when the Ukrainian public will recieve information about the interrogations of these detainees, Avakov said that such interrogations are conducted regularly, but it is only within the capacity of the head of the SBU to make decisions about the disclosure of the contents of such interrogations. Three Ukrainian SBU officers captured and held by terrorists

In Horlivka, in the Donetsk oblast, fighters captured three Ukrainian Security Services (SBU) officers from Kyiv.

Representatives of the separatists told journalists that the assignment of the detained services personnel was to scout out and capture Ihor Bezler, one of the Donetsk self-defence leaders, reported the Inter-Tass News service. Continue reading

The Security Service of Ukraine has arrested members of an extremist group in Odesa who were planning scenes of violence for the benefit of Russian TV. As reported by the SBU press service, April 25, this group called itself the “Rapid Response Brigade” and has been active in the Odesa area since April this year.

As confirmed by the Razumkov Centre’s Mykola Sungurovskiy, the previously quoted information on the mass recruitment of Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) officers by Russia corresponds to reality.

Ukraine accuses Russians in deputy’s murder

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has accused the so-called “Strilka” group that is active in the Donetsk Oblast and a citizen of the Russian Federation, Colonel Igor Bezler, of involvement in the murder of the deputy of the of the Horlivka City Council Volodymyr Rybak, the SUB reports on its website, April 23, 2014.

According to the SUB, it has been determined that on Aril 17, Bezler (alias Bez) ordered the head of the self-proclaimed militia of the town of Horlivka to “neutralize” Volodymyr Rybak, who had tried to raise the Ukrainian national flag on the Horlivka City Council building.

Einer der russischen Saboteure, der die gefangenen ukrainischen Fallschirmjäger dazu aufforderte, ihre militärische Pflicht zu verweigern, gab zu, an den Ereignissen auf dem Maidan teilgenommen zu haben.

Dies erklärte die Pressestelle des Sicherheitsdienstes der Ukraine.

Nach Informationen des SBU (Sicherheitsdienst- Anm. d. Übers.), wurden die Tätigkeiten derjenigen Personen, die illegal Militärangehörige der 25. separaten Fallschirmjäger-Brigade der Luftlandekräfte der Ukraine in Slowjansk festgenommen haben, vom Oberst der Hauptverwaltung für Aufklärung beim Generalstab der Streitkräfte der Russischen Föderation Igor Strelkow geleitet.

The SBU uploaded this audio on its Youtube channel.
