“I sincerely congratulate the members of the Armed Forces with the election of the new President of Ukraine by the people of Ukraine — the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Petro Oleksiyovych Poroshenko.

The new President of Ukraine has announced a direction for resolving all issues in Eastern Ukraine peacefully and for shifting the state of affairs from armed conflict to that of negotiation.

The US and the NATO want to punish Russia – political expert

Kyiv – Taking the situation in Ukraine into account, the US and the NATO will enforce their military presence in Central and Eastern Europe, stated US President Barack Obama on Tuesday. The parliamentary majority sees this as a positive signal for Ukraine. Ukrainians stand in lines to donate blood for soldiers

People came to the Mechnikov Dnipropetrovsk Regional Clinical Hospital on Friday, May 30, as early as 6:00 am to stand in line to donate blood for the wounded soldiers who had taken part in the anti-terrorist operations in the east of the country, reported TV Channel 9.

People began to gather at dawn, answering the call from doctors at the Mechnikov hospital and eager to donate even a drop of blood, which they believe can save the lives of Ukrainian soldiers who are defending Ukraine.
